It takes 3 days to make and 4 days to ship.
How quickly you receive your order depends on two factors: the design turnaround time and the shipping schedule.
All shipments are discreetly packaged – there is no mention of the nature of the product or website on the outside of the packaging.

How are documents packaged and protected during shipping?
All documents are packaged in flat, unmarked sleeves with reinforced corners to protect the documents during shipping. Most schools use this packaging method to mail diplomas and important documents to students. If there are any issues with the documents during shipping, please contact us.

Is the “Diploma Company” mentioned on the package?
None of the packages we send out will mention the name of the website or say “Diploma” or “Transcript” inside! We respect your privacy and are proud to offer 100% anonymous packaging!

When will tracking details be sent?
We will send you the tracking number as soon as it is available to let you know the status of your package and when you can expect it
